MEET THE CHEF 

I am a proud father of three amazing boys and husband to a wonderful wife—both roles I consider the greatest honors of my life. As a family, we cherish doing everything together, especially sharing a great meal and serving others with heart and purpose.

My passion for culinary adventure was sparked by the people closest to me. With several dietary restrictions in our household, I began crafting meals tailored to their needs—meals that brought both nourishment and joy to our table. What started as a personal journey quickly became a professional calling.

Born in the Dominican Republic and raised on the vibrant streets of New York City, my roots are deeply embedded in both culture and flavor. These experiences, along with a joyful and spirited childhood, have shaped the chef I am today.

In 2018, I committed to turning this passion into a profession. I thrive in the kitchen—the pressure, the heat, and the endless possibilities with ingredients inspire me daily. I see cooking as a craft and a calling, and I’ve come to understand the deeper magic of what I do: feeding not just bodies, but souls.

Together as a family, we’ve made it our mission to pursue the dream of owning a business that serves our community with excellence. At the core of everything we do are our values: faith, family, and service.
